What happens when you confirm an order? You confirm your purchases. We send you a confirmation e-mail once you have clicked on the ‘Confirm your order’ button. This purchase contract is only fulfilled when you receive a e-mail informing you that the item ordered has been accepted. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you may come back to us within 30 days, and we will refund the full amount of the item.
